Which insurance to choose?

All cars are covered by civil liability insurance, but you can choose additional insurance: Partial or Full.

• Partial insurance means the deposit will be less than the surcharge.
• Full insurance - 60 EUR deposit for the whole rental period, Included (standard) insurance does not cost anything extra, but the maximum deposit applies.

The deposit will be reserved on your bank card when you pick up the car. Fourteen days after the start of the rental period, the bank will automatically remove the reservation.

If you have any questions about the deposit, we suggest that you first consult with your bank's representatives. The car rental company does not freeze the deposit itself, it is the bank, so the bank should have the most relevant information on the matter.

What does "Full / Full Fuel Policy" mean?

A full / full fuel policy means you get the car with a full tank of fuel. When returning the car, the tank must also be full.

This is the most customer-friendly fuel policy: you will have to refuel as much fuel as you have used.

Where to return the car? 

You can leave the car where you picked it up or you can leave it in a different city than the one you started your trip. For example, rent at Palanga Airport and leave the car at Klaipeda railway station or Kaunas.

When choosing another return location, place a check mark on "I will return at another location" when reserving the car. Cars can be picked up and returned at Vilnius, Kaunas and Palanga airports, as well as in Vilnius, Klaipeda, Kaunas, Riga, Tallinn and Tenerife. Check all car rental locations.
