Great car rental. Cars are in good technical condition. Personnel informative and friendly. The only issue we had was the deposit which took a while to be released. Other than that great company.

The worst rent company ever, the guy that is sitting there is worthless and rude. They not taking american express cards but they writte it in the end of 500 pages with small letters which is one of the most important things in renting a car. The guy that was there instead of trying to help or offering some solutions making rude comments and saying that its not his problems. If you so dont love your job maybe just quit. Show less

Warning: Avoid Renting a Car in TopRent – Our Deposit Was Never ReturnedWe recently went on vacation to Lithuania and rented a car for a few days.We paid a deposit, and upon returning the car in perfect condition, we were assured that the deposit would be refunded within a week. However, despite numerous follow-ups over the past few months, we have yet to receive the refund. Arrived at Kaunas after booking car rental through booking.com only to be told i had to pay an extra £100 deposit as i did not have a credit card. Was then told inhad tontake their insurance out at €20 per day. I was told the deposit would be refunded after a month. Waited a month, no refund. Called them at least 6 times over a number of days. Different agents answered. One palmed me off to another and nearly 2 months on still no refund, accepted that ive lost out. Very disappointed and upset Show less
