All cars are rented with mandatory third-party liability insurance (TPL, or the Transport Vehicle Owner’s Liability Insurance). When renting a car, you can choose the additional insurance type that suits you best:

• Included Insurance: This comes at no additional cost, but a larger deposit (guarantee) will be reserved by the bank for 14 days.
• Partial Insurance: For an additional fee, the deposit (guarantee) reserved on your bank card will be lower than with Included Insurance.
• Full Insurance: Only a 100 EUR deposit for the entire rental period.

Upon picking up the car, the deposit will be reserved on your bank card, and after 30 days from the start of the rental period, the bank will automatically release the reservation.
